All foreign orders must be pre-paid. Domestic orders must include a postage and packing fee of $4.50 for the first copy or title and $3.00 for each additional copy or title. For orders from outside the U.S.A., the postage and packing charge is US$13.00. These prices will change as postal charges increase.
